SHIPPING POLICY

Due to Covid-19, all orders will be processed (fulfilled) within 5 business days prior to shipping. We are working very hard to get your package out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our products are made fresh to order to retain the potency of our ingredients.

Due to Covid-19 and high order volumes, please allow 5 business days for order process (fulfillment) and then we will notify you when your order has been shipped via email with a tracking number for reference.

 

PACKAGING

Our products are packaged in recyclable/reusable PET - shipped in 100% corrugated mailers, which are recyclable and biodegradable.

Our products with glass droppers are made from BPA-free material and recyclable. To help meet our sustainability goals, we ask you to return your containers for reuse and recycling. You can read more about our recycling program via JUICEE Recycling Program

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING

All orders are processed (fulfilled) within 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high order volumes shipments may be delayed by an additional 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We have partnered with USPS to ensure timely shipment to our customers. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

SHIPMENT TO PO BOX

We ship to addresses within the U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

 

DAMAGE PACKAGES

We are very careful when packing every order, but should you receive a damaged item, please email us with a picture of the damaged item and a message detailing the damage to customerservice@juiceekinks.com. We will either refund or replace the damaged item.

 

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

JUICEE KINKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the start of an investigation.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Due to Covid-19, shipping to many countries has been suspended.
