SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES

All our products are lovingly made in-house at our HQ in Hamden, Connecticut by our family team. All orders will be processed in order received. Processing usually takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

 

PACKAGING

Our products are packaged in recyclable/reusable PET - shipped in 100% corrugated mailers, which are recyclable and biodegradable.

Our products with glass droppers are made from BPA-free material and recyclable. To help meet our sustainability goals, we ask you to return your containers for reuse and recycling. You can read more about our recycling program via JUICEE Recycling Program

We have partnered with USPS to ensure timely shipment to our customers. We ship via USPS Priority.

SHIPMENT TO PO BOX

We ship to addresses within the U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

 

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

 

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on juiceekinks.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact customer service via email at shipping@juiceekinks.com to track your order. Operating hours are from 9am – 5pm EST, 5 days a week, 

 

DAMAGE PACKAGES

We are very careful when packing every order, but should you receive a damaged item, please email us with a picture of the damaged item and a message detailing the damage to customerservice@juiceekinks.com. We will either refund or replace the damaged item.

 

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

JUICEE KINKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the start of an investigation.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Canada. Due to Covid-19, shipping to many countries has been suspended.
