Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our products are made fresh to order to retain the potency of our ingredients. Please allow 5 business days for order fulfillment. We will then notify you via email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number for reference.

How does my package ship?

 

 A tracking number with 22 digits means it shipped with USPS. Orders with free standard shipping will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

 

How long will my package take to arrive?

 

Orders will take approximately 5 business days to be processed (fulfilled) and then shipped. USPS Priority Mail shipping timeframes is 2 to 3 business days within the United States.

 

Orders going outside the United States are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. Please allow 6 to 14 business days for delivery. Note: Due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed.

 

What are business days?

 

Business days are “regular” business operating days, Monday through Friday. We does not process orders or ship on weekends and holidays.

 

How do I know my package has shipped?

 

When orders are packed and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your doorstep.

Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to display on the carrier’s site. There may be several days when it appears your package is not moving to its destination. This occurs when your package is on a long haul truck. The tracking of your package is only updated when it reaches the next distribution center. It can take several days for a truck to arrive at its destination.

 

What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?

 

All standard USA orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail and take 2 to 3 business days. International orders take 6 to 14 business days to land on your doorstep. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to Covid-19, weather and/or road conditions. The USPS (www.usps.com) web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather.

 

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

 

Yes, once an order has been placed we can change or cancel it prior to fulfillment. There is a timeframe of 24 hours from the order being placed to the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. We are unable to cancel the order after 24 hours.
